Studio Stitch began with a simple vision: saving makers the wasted hours of trial-and-error and endless searching through scattered tutorials on how to make rope bowls and baskets. At Studio Stitch all the know-how is in one place, making it easy to find everything you need without the guesswork. We wanted to offer a faster, simpler way that is clear, structured, and frustration-free.

Learning from Experience

Our founder, Nancy Stier, fell in love with rope designs and mastered techniques to create professional-quality pieces—from home décor to fashion—without the “crafty” look. She learned the hard way, experimenting and practicing until she could achieve polished results. From that experience came our flagship program, Mastering Rope Sewing, which guides others step by step to the same professional results.
